Just visit the Track Order page on our site.
From there, you'll need to input your order number as it appears on your order confirmation and the email address you have placed your order with.
The status of your order (and all shipments within it) will populate at that point.
We will also notify you via email at all key points throughout the order process:
- When your order is confirmed and received by our team.- When your order has been updated.
- When your order, or items within your order, have been shipped to you.
- When your order, or items within your order, have been delivered via third-party courier.
At BIGBRO FASHION WEAR LLC, we want to provide you with the fastest service possible. One of the ways we do this is by fulfilling orders from across our network Distribution Centre in USA Because of this, we are sometimes unable to locate certain goods with low inventory levels on the website.
If this is the case for an item or items that you have ordered, we will provide an update via email letting you know that there has been a change made to your order. The email will include a summary of your newly updated order.
Please note that you will only be charged for the items that we ship to you. You will not be charged for any items that were removed from your order.
We understand that this can be inconvenient, and we sincerely apologize for that.
We are working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure our inventory levels across our fulfillment network are as accurate as possible.
Once an order has been placed, you will not be able to make changes to it.
Our team is working fast to get you your clothes as soon as possible - a lot of our orders are processed the same day they are placed.
You can contact us, and we'll do everything we can to help. However, if your order has already reached the processing stage, we will be unable to make changes & you will have to order any additional merchandise as part of a new transaction.
Currently, we do not ship internationally to the Canada or any other country.
We are a proudly-American ecommerce retailer and only ship to customers within USA at this time.
We are always striving to get your order to you as fast as possible. One of the ways we do this is by fulfilling items at all of our Distribution Centre across USA.
As a result, your order may be shipping to you in multiple shipments, and may arrive at different times.

Another reason that you may not have received your order in its entirety is because of a removal of an item on our end. When this happens, we will notify you via email.

If an item that you ordered was cancelled due to low inventory, we ask that you not order it again, as this will just cause another cancellation and more frustration.
We understand & apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
Every customer who placed an order with us should receive an email confirming their order within a few minutes of placing it.
First, please check your junk/spam folder or your firewall if you're on a protected email server.
If you still haven't received a confirmation email within 2 - 3 hours, please contact customer support.
To make things easy, we use flat shipping rates on every order.
For any order that doesn't qualify for free shipping, there is a flat rate of $10 charged for shipping across USA.
Please note: all shipping fees are non-refundable.
We offer free shipping on orders over $99!
The $99 threshold must be met after all discounts are applied to qualify.
Taxes and any additional shipping & handling charges do not count towards the threshold. It must be $99 worth of merchandise.
We also have free shipping events throughout the year where we offer free shipping on every order.
